I have to tell you, he always gave me the heebie jeebies, even when I was a kid. I'm sure he was a lovely man but there was just SOMETHING about him. I'll agree, though, that the world needs more (many more) gentle souls!
I absolutely loved Fred Rogers. He was a beautiful soul. I miss him. I think I will definitely put a sweater on. (even tho it will be 90 degrees here today!)
Saw the notice at Suldawg's and I'm gonna wear a sweater...even if it IS in the 80s here. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you very much, Jill!

ReplyDeleteAwwww..I miss him. He was a bit strange, but seemed so very kind.
ReplyDeleteI was always a bit "rowdy" even as a child, to sit very long and watch all the calmness.
But I can appreciate him.
Just added this to my post, and thought you might like to know.
ReplyDeleteIf you send me a photo of you wearing a sweater, I'll post it next week and link to your site!
I suppose it should be a button up cardigan?
ReplyDeletethe official site (www.fci.org/neighbor) says that you can wear whatever kind of sweater you prefer. =D
