You know the saying.. "only sure things in life are death and taxes." That's been the theme this week and quite honestly, I'm done with them both. The tax thing bugs me because the whole system is flawed. The death thing bugs me...well, you can probably figure it out.
On my way to a memorial service this morning. My daughter's co-worker (30yrs old) passed on Tuesday (a week before his baby is due). My best friend's mother also passed Tuesday. Another friend's father had a heart attack/stroke/aneuryism? yesterday...he's in ICU.
Rough week.
